RESERVATIONS

We recommend that all appointments be made in advance. All Spa services are subject to availability and require a credit card to hold your appointment time. Please advise the concierge when booking your service of any health condition, allergy or injury that you have experienced that could affect your service. This is important as we want you to have the best experience possible, regardless of which treatment you receive!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please honor the commitment of our staff to serve you by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. If you do not, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service will be charged. A “No Show” will incur a 100% surcharge that will be billed automatically to your credit card.

CHECKING-IN

We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your initial scheduled appointment, especially for massage, facial or body treatments. This will allow you time to slip into a robe, fill out your massage/facial questionnaire and relax in the quiet room before your services. Arriving late for your appointment will limit the time available for your treatment, reducing its benefit and your enjoyment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of scheduled treatment time out of courtesy for other clients – so please be on time.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

GRATUITIES

Tips are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and is left to the discretion of our clients.

PARKING

We provide free parking with no time restrictions.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

As the spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting, we appreciate your turning off your cell phone and speaking quietly while inside our spa facility.

Please note that no children are permitted without an appointment.

Bella D'ora Spa provides professional services from licensed therapists who adhere to Chapter 3, Article 3, Division 35, Section 18 of the San Diego Municipal Code; the Police Business Regulations for Massage: Anatomical Areas Covered, No Touching. We reserve the right to discontinue service immediately if this regulation is violated by the client.

Saturday – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
