Bella D’ora offers a variety of styles and treatments, each one suited to your specific needs or preferences. Each of our therapeutic techniques will soothe tense muscles, improve blood and lymph circulation and enhance your well-being. Our treatments are full session massages for 30, 60 or 90 minutes respectively, unless otherwise noted. Experience the power of touch!

BELLA D’ORA SIGNATURE ‘CIELO DOLCE’ MASSAGE (Sweet Heaven)
Experience the outrageously wonderful Cielo Dolce Massage. This special treatment begins with a nurturing massage utilizing long strokes and kneading to reduce tension and soothe sore muscles. It also includes essential oils, heated stones and a warmed blanket. Like other Signature treatments at Bella D’ora Spa, this massage is individually customized to increase circulation, promote total relaxation and optimize its effects.

LA VITA BELLA MASSAGE (The Good Life)
The essence of the good life is found in Bella D’ora La Vita Bella Signature Massage. Your special needs will be addressed through customized variations of classic, therapeutic, Swedish massage, Tui Na, stretching, with warmed stones and towels. In addition to the various techniques used in this customized treatment, your body will respond to the skills of our massage therapists as they break down the adhesions and nodules of your body’s connective tissues, while ridding your body of built-up metabolic waste. This massage is custom-tailored to help release chronic muscle tension and aid in the recovery from activity-induced soreness. DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS
This massage is dedicated to the person seeking focus on specific muscles, groups of muscles and/or joints. Intense and invigorating, this is a custom massage that uses Deep Tissue techniques. Designed with the athlete in mind, it brings the body to peak performance. Ideal for “before” and “after” athletic events or exercise regimens, or to treat a specific sore spot or injury. It prepares muscles for an event and shortens time-to-recovery.

COUPLE’S MASSAGE
Together in your own private room, experience a full-body massage, given by two therapists, using special aromatic oils along with a blends of Swedish, stone, compression, pressure point and other massage modalities.

THAI MASSAGE
Similar to a personal Yoga session, you’ll receive rhythmic massage, along with slow stretching and breathing movements Your therapist gently pulls, pushes and kneads your muscles in patterns of gentle rocking and rhythmic compression. Luxurious massage methods will blend East and West wisdom invoking a state of total relaxation, healing and renewal.

HEAD TO TOE REVIVER
There really isn’t anything better. Receiving a scalp massage from one of our hair stylists as one of our massage technicians relieves your aching feet, ankles and calves with reflexology points plus custom-blended aromatherapy. Initially focusing on feet, this turns into a classic full-body massage and is then completed beautifully with a shampoo and style in our hair salon.

STONE THERAPY MASSAGE
A soothing massage that induces deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. A rhythmic combination of heat, massage and stone placements soothe and warm your muscles to release tension and increase circulation. MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE
Ease your aching muscles and give your baby and yourself a much needed, nurturing massage – with special attention given to the lower back to ease any discomfort and promote circulation. A special massage table and properly positioned pillows are used to accommodate any stage of your baby’s development. This massage addresses edema, anxiety and sleeplessness while providing safety, comfort and relaxation. Currently available up to the 32nd week.

STRESS RELIEVER MASSAGE
Specifically tuned for the neck and shoulder - and all the stress that is carried in those areas. This massage is a short, skillful choreography of strokes and manipulations that are proven to provide relief, wellness and a general sense of well-being.

EXFOLIATING MASSAGE
If you need a relaxing break from life and desire silky smooth skin, this treatment is for you. Beginning with a gentle, yet effective, body scrub and ending with full body massage, you will say good-bye to unwanted stress and hello to heavenly hydrated skin.

STRETCH THERAPY
Our stretch therapy session is dedicated to loosening and elongating your muscles – to increase circulation and body functioning, increase elasticity and reduce stress. This therapy helps atheletes have a shortener recovery time, while also relaxing all parts of your body

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is more than just an amazing foot massage. It is a specialized technique of using reflex points on the feet to affect the corresponding parts of the body. This treatment is great for relaxation, detoxification, pain management, glandular functions and just feeling better. Come experience this ancient healing art as a solo service -- or add it onto a massage for a relaxing full body treatment.

MASSAGE ENHANCEMENTS:

Aromatherapy infusion. Choose from a selection of essential oil blends, including lavender, grapefruit, peppermint and rosemary, to add physical and spiritual benefits -- and to further customize your massage.

Therapeutic Customizing Complexes. Choose from a selection of Relaxing, Firming and Uplifting complexes or try Green Tea and Lime or Milk and Honey.

Relaxing. Melt stress away with this soothing blend that calms the mind and helps the body to unwind. Essential oils of lavender, calendula, rosewood, orange, hops, cinnamon, blue malva and evening primrose are blended to help your body totally relax.

Firming. Target cellulite and tired, slackened skin while toning and firming to give your skin a smoother, sleeker appearance. Essential oils are jaborandi, horse chestnut, paraguay tea, ginseng, ivy, tangerine, black walnut, rosewood, and clary sage.

Uplifting. If your system is a bit sluggish, this is the one for you. The invigorating blend of Verbena, Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Bergamot, Orange and Rosewood will invigorate and revitalize you, plus energize both your body and mind.

Green Tea and Lime. The anti-oxidant properties of green tea combined with lime leaf assist in soothing your body, improving circulation and invigorating the meridians. Bamboo, Ginger, Lemongrass and more helps this combination to bring immediate results.

Milk and Honey. Warm and inviting, this special complex makes use of natural hydrators, protectors and cleansers to soften your skin and promote cell regeneration. Clover Blossom and Royal Jelly blend with milk glycerides and honey to leave you feeling fresh and soft.
