Scheduling:

To schedule services, please email concierge@belladoraspa.com. Your credit card number will be required to book a service.

Arrival Time:

For body treatments and packages, please come early (we recommend thirty minutes before) and relax in our Relaxation Room. Enjoy a beverage of your choice, receive a tour if visiting for the first time, change into your robe, listen to music or read, if you choose, and get ready for your Bella D’ora Spa experience.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are scheduled for services and find that you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to your credit card or 50% redemption of your gift certificate. A cancellation with no notice will result in 100% charge to your credit card or 100% redemption of your gift certificate.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates must be presented at Bella D'ora at the time a service is rendered and are not refundable. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are, unfortunately, not refundable or valid either.

Corporate Packages:

Receive a 10% discount on 6 or more healthy lunches (catered from local restaurants) A great incentive and a wellness award for your employees.

Spa Amenities include beverages, lockers, showers, robes, and sandals and our famous Relaxation Room.
