Born and raised in Shelter Island, New York, Phebe received her B.A. degree form St. Lawrence University. While rais ing three children, she has run her own bus iness for over 20 years.

With her lifelong passion for health, Phebe switched careers and returned to school for esthetics. Car ing for her guests at Bella Dora for the past 2 ½ years, Phebe has been able to blend her love for cont inu ing education with skin care industries’ newest discoveries for improving the complexion.

Phebe’s goal is to provide skin rejuvenation to her clients in the relaxed environment of Bella D'ora Spa.
